Our Step By Step Process
Prior to cleaning your carpets, we carry out a full inspection of the area to be cleaned, checking the fibres, backing and noting any significant problems with the carpet. We also carry out a full inspection with you in great detail prior to our departure ensuring you are 100% happy with the results upon completion.
Dry-Vacuum
This is where the cleaning begins.
Dry vacuuming will remove up to 80% of all loose dirt and debris.
We vacuum 2 ways over your carpet as standard practice - North to South, East to West enabling a superior deep clean.
Our professional HEPA vacuums allows us to also capture even smaller particulates within carpets.
Spot & Stain
We inspect the whole area of carpet to be cleaned and treat any spot and stains.
We carry a professional Spot & Stain kit allowing us to treat any problems at hand.
We treat all stains beforehand to ensure complete removal of all the stains that are treatable and therefore deliver outstanding unbeatable results.
Spray & Agitate
We use professional cleaning solutions tailored to your type of carpet.
All the solutions we use ensure dirt particles are broken down, also killing any nasties in your carpet like virus's and bacteria.
We then travel over the carpet with an agitator (a machine which brushes the solution deep into the carpet fibres, breaking them down before the next process.
Rinse & Extraction
Magic Time!
Using one of the most powerful machines on the market - we rinse the carpet with water and extract the moisture back into the machine and out of your carpets.
Our machine extracts 95% of the moisture from your carpets leaving them luxuriously clean, fresh, fluffy and touch dry.
Approximately dry in 2-4 hours.
